Terms and Conditions

▪ To book your holiday, call Bridge the World on 0800 988 6884.  Lines are open Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5.30pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
▪ You must do this at least 21 days before the date you wish to travel. However, all holidays are subject to availability, so please book as far in advance as possible.
▪ Your holiday must be a minimum of 7 nights (excluding any nights spent travelling) and include accommodation for the duration of your booking.
▪ The maximum value of rewards tokens you can use with Bridge the World is £600 per person
▪ You must inform your consultant at the start of the enquiry that you are using reward tokens to pay for all or part of your holiday so that they know how to manage your booking.
▪ Rewards tokens may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the tokens) however there can be more than one named token per booking as long as that person(s) is travelling too. Tokens cannot be given as gifts.
▪ Your reward tokens cannot be used against accommodation only, flight only, fuel taxes, airport taxes, holiday insurance, visas or booking fees.
▪ Your consultant will take your booking details, and will ask for a deposit to be paid by credit or debit card.  They will then confirm your reservation and provide you with a booking reference. Please write your booking reference on your rewards tokens and send them to Bridge the World (address below).  If you are paying for your entire holiday with Rewards Tokens, upon receipt of the rewards tokens, the deposit will be refunded back to the original form of payment (credit or debit card).

N.B. Your reward tokens must arrive with Bridge the World within 3 working days of making your booking or your reservation may lapse and you may lose your deposit.

▪ Please note that reward tokens cannot be replaced, so we strongly recommend that you send them by Special Delivery.
▪ You cannot add more reward tokens to your booking at a later date, so please enclose all your reward tokens for this booking.
▪ Documentation will be sent to you 2 weeks before your holiday starts.

Important things to remember

▪ Please note that your holiday must be booked within the 6-month validity period of the token – the holiday does not have to be taken within this period. 
▪ Reward tokens can only be redeemed against new bookings and cannot be added to existing bookings.
▪ All bookings are subject to availability and Bridge the World standard booking conditions.
▪ Reward tokens cannot be used to pay deposits unless the entire holiday is being paid for in reward tokens, excluding any applicable taxes, charges or fees that cannot be paid for with reward tokens as stated above.
▪ Full payment for any balance must be made at the time of booking
▪ Reward tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount (including Family and Friends offers)
▪ You may use more than one reward token per booking, however the total reward cannot exceed £600 per person. No change will be given if the value of tokens is greater than the cost of the holiday; however, any shortfall can be made up with a credit or debit card at the time of booking.
▪ Any changes made after the time of booking will incur standard Bridge the World and any applicable supplier fees.
